Refund policy

• Securing Your Visit: A non-refundable $100 booking fee is required to secure your private appointment at our Las Vegas showroom. This fee ensures dedicated time with our specialists and exclusive access to our inventory.
• Store Credit Application: The full $100 fee will be applied as a credit toward any purchase made in-store during your scheduled appointment time.
• Non-Refundable Terms: If no purchase is made during your visit, the $100 booking fee is non-refundable and will not be returned to your original payment method. This fee covers the administrative and operational costs of maintaining your reserved time slot.

• Notice Required: We require at least [24] hours' notice to reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule within this window, your $100 fee will be transferred to your new date.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the immediate forfeiture of your booking fee.

• Returns: All sales made on our website are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. However, items purchased in person at our physical store location may be exchanged for store credit as long as tags are attached and they are in unworn condition.
