Appointment Booking Fee
  • Securing Your Visit: A non-refundable $100 booking fee is required to secure your private appointment at our Las Vegas showroom. This fee ensures dedicated time with our specialists and exclusive access to our inventory.
  • Store Credit Application: The full $100 fee will be applied as a credit toward any purchase made in-store during your scheduled appointment time.
  • Non-Refundable Terms: If no purchase is made during your visit, the $100 booking fee is non-refundable and will not be returned to your original payment method. This fee covers the administrative and operational costs of maintaining your reserved time slot.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Notice Required: We require at least [24] hours' notice to reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule within this window, your $100 fee will be transferred to your new date.
  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the immediate forfeiture of your booking fee.
In-Store Purchases
  • Returns: Items viewed online are for display only; all physical sales occur in-store. Please review our in-store return policy at the time of purchase, as individual items may be subject to "Final Sale" terms once the booking credit is applied.
