Showroom-Specific Terms (2026)
- Nature of the Transaction: You agree that the $100 fee paid on this website is for a confirmed service appointment at our Las Vegas showroom. This fee is not a deposit on a specific product displayed on the site.
- No-Refund Policy: In accordance with Nevada law, all booking fees are final and non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment or do not make a purchase during your visit.
- Credit Application: The $100 fee will be applied as a credit toward a physical purchase made only during the specific appointment time slot secured by that fee. It cannot be saved for future visits or transferred to other individuals.
- Showroom Exclusivity: All physical items displayed on this website are for informational purposes only. Purchase of these items must be completed in person during your appointment.
- Booking & Rescheduling: Appointments must be rescheduled at least [24] hours in advance to maintain the credit. Cancellations made within [24] hours of the appointment will result in a total forfeiture of the fee.
- Limitation of Liability: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments for any reason. In the event we must cancel your appointment, a full refund of the $100 fee will be issued.
